Andrew Weiss & Friends
Andrew Weiss is a New York based songwriter, composer, multi-instrumentalist, and producer. The Music Court claims “Weiss is a band in a box.” Over the past few years, he has become a staple of the Long Island music scene, performing at many venues and restaurants the area has to offer. Weiss has also made his way through the Northeast, performing with various bands he has lead, including performances at The Outlaw Roadshow Festival, curated by Counting Crows lead singer Adam Duritz.
In 2017, Weiss began working on a new batch of songs in search of a vibe and sound reminiscent of the music from Laurel Canyon in the early 1970s. These sessions gave birth to his new project, Andrew Weiss and Friends. Their first album ‘The Honeymoon Suite’ is out now!
Tucker Woods delivers a raw and dynamic sound, honing in on vintage rock & roll blues vibes and channeling a modern British wave movement.
