Lights of Neptune
Just when you thought Long Islands original music scene was being left in the dark, along come LIGHTS OF NEPTUNE to shine down on us all. They are not extraterrestrials… no. They are born and breed Long Islanders. It’s no wonder they are on there way to becoming Long Islands premier original rock act.
By aligning their unwavering dedication to a “Do-it-yourself” work ethic with their signature sound, singer/guitarist and songwriter Ernie Pasqualini, bassist Edward McNeice, & drummer Phil Sorrentino, will help to define the landscape of today’s Long Island original music scene. The backbone of their work? Stylistically eclectic songs—suggesting a range of influences from the 60’s british invasion to 90’s grunge and beyond. There’s a little classic rock, new wave, alternative, progressive and dare I say “metal” influences all wrapped up into a neat pop package.
Currently in post production on there 2nd EP (not titled yet) the boys keep there fans happy by gigging constantly and always leaving them wanting more. These 3 guys are also just as happy in the studio as they are in front of there minions performing live. Honestly, this is a “LIVE” band. Don’t believe me? Well… “You Know What to Do”.
Don’t look to the heavens for the LIGHTS OF NEPTUNE. Look right here in your own backyard and may the LIGHTS OF NEPTUNE shine upon you.
